Thank you for taking time to learn more about Turnabout Counseling Center and our desire to provide compassionate care to individuals in our community. I feel strongly that we are not defined by our struggles but life is hard and sometimes we need additional support. My hope is that our work together will be helpful in providing you with a sense of peace, freedom, and strength to move forward in life. This work can be challenging but I am committed to walking with you through this process. I also feel passionate about helping people have healthy relationships - in their families, their faith communities, their workplace, and beyond. We were not meant to live in solitude and strong loving relationships are essential to one’s overall health. It is my goal to hep people understand relationship dynamics and assist them in shaping healthy relationships.

I have been a life-long member of Frazer Church and have volunteered in a number of ministry areas over the years. My husband and I have been married for 24 years and have two children (a 21 year old son and 19 year old daughter). We also have 4 fur-family members: Sugar, Jemma, Birdie, and Cassie (who is our on-site therapy dog). I enjoy hiking, visiting waterfalls, digging in the dirt (ie gardening), and ziplining when I get the chance.
