Turnabout Counseling Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization which seeks to glorify God by providing long term support to individuals in the River Region and Alabama area. Part of the way we support our community is by providing quality mental health care. It is our desire to remove barriers that may limit someone from reaching out for mental health care and we hope that financial constraints would not prevent individuals from receiving help. To ease the financial burden, we offer a sliding scale for counseling services. The generous support from individuals and community sponsors allows us to offer this program.
